Sound familiar?

The idea is good. It just hasn't left your head yet.

Most people don't get stuck because their idea is wrong. They get stuck because nobody helps them decide who it's for, what to charge and how to put it in front of real customers.

Before the weekend

  • Months of thinking, notes and "one day"
  • Not sure who your first customer really is
  • No idea what to charge, so you don't ask
  • A website feels like weeks of work and a big budget
  • Nobody outside your circle has heard about it

After Weekend Launch

  • One priority customer and one clear problem
  • An offer with a scope, a price and the real cost to deliver
  • A live landing page with a form that collects leads
  • An outreach message and a simple prospect list
  • First feedback from people who don't know you
What you leave with

On Sunday evening, you go home with

  • A priority customer and a sharp problem. Who you serve first, and what keeps them up at night.
  • Your positioning. What people use today instead of you, and why you're different.
  • A launch offer with a price. What's included, what isn't, how long it takes and what it costs you to deliver.
  • A live landing page with a working contact form or booking link, built with AI during the weekend.
  • Your first sales tools. A 90-second pitch, an outreach message, a follow-up and a simple prospect tracker.
  • Feedback and a 30-day plan. Reactions from real people on Sunday, and dated next steps for the month after.
Who it's for

For people with an idea and the will to launch it

You don't need a company yet, a technical background or a big budget. You do need one business idea you want to move forward.

First-time founders

You have an idea and you're ready to stop planning and start testing it.

Career changers

You want to work for yourself and turn your experience into something people pay for.

Freelancers and independents

You have a skill, and you want a clear offer and steady clients instead of one-off jobs.

Business owners with a new offer

You already run something and want to launch a new product or service the right way.

Every sector is welcome. We read each application to make sure the weekend fits where your project is today.
The method

Four steps, from idea to market

Vanessa guides the business decisions. Dorina helps you turn those decisions into working tools with AI. Testing runs through all of it.

1

Clarify

Choose your customer, the problem you solve and your first offer.

2

Validate

Look at the alternatives your customer uses today and sharpen what makes you different.

3

Build

Create your landing page, your contact form and your sales messages, with AI.

4

Launch

Pitch to real people, collect their reactions and plan your next 30 days.

The weekend

How the two days run

Both days start with breakfast at 08:30 and finish around 17:30. Small group, lots of building, real time with both of us.

Saturday 13 March

Make the decisions, build the essentials

  • Customer and problem. Work alone, then in pairs, until your customer and their problem are crystal clear.
  • Market and positioning. Compare the alternatives and find what makes you the better choice.
  • Offer and price. Scope, price, delivery time and the real cost to deliver.
  • Your commercial brief. All your decisions on one page, the bridge to building.
  • Build with AI. A live demo, then you build your own landing page and lead form, with a one-to-one review of your offer.
  • Peer testing. Others go through your page and tell you what they see.
Sunday 14 March

Prepare to sell, then meet the market

  • Polish and test. Final fixes to your page and form, checked on mobile.
  • Find your first customers. Where your customers are, a first list of prospects built with AI, your outreach message and follow-up.
  • The sales conversation. How to open, listen and ask before you pitch, with role-play.
  • Meet the market. Invited guests join us. You pitch your project and get honest, live feedback.
  • Learn from it. What you heard, what changes, and your dated 30-day action plan.

Good to know

Questions people ask

Do I need to be technical or know AI?
No. You need basic confidence with a laptop and the internet. We set up the AI tools with you and show you every step. Nobody writes code.
My idea isn't finished yet. Can I still apply?
Yes, as long as you've chosen one idea you want to move forward. The weekend is built to shape it. It's not designed for finding an idea from scratch, so come with one in mind.
How much does it cost?
The price is in your personal invitation, together with the link to confirm your seat. Applying is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
Why do I have to apply?
With only 8 seats, we want everyone in the room to get the most from the weekend. Reading your application lets us check your project fits the format and prepare for it.
Where does it take place?
In Brussels. We share the exact address with confirmed participants.
What do I need to bring?
Your laptop and your idea. Before the weekend, you send a short one-page brief about your project, and we help you set up the tools you'll use.
Will I get real customer feedback?
On Sunday afternoon you pitch to invited guests, other founders and both hosts, and you collect their reactions. It's an honest first test in a safe room, and you leave with a plan to keep talking to customers afterwards.
What isn't included?
We don't register your company, build your product or create a full brand or advertising campaign. You leave with a tested offer, the tools to sell it and a clear plan for what comes next.
