Corporate AI Bootcamp
An AI Bootcamp inside your firm, built on your own workflows
Seven of your people, two days, in your offices. Instead of generic demos, they build working AI systems on the processes your firm runs every week, and they leave with those systems running.
Most AI training teaches the tool. This one starts from your firm.
Your team doesn't need another overview of what AI can do. They need the client intake, the follow-up emails and the document chasing that eat their week to start running on their own. That's what the two days are for.
Typical AI workshop
- Generic examples from someone else's industry
- Slides and a prompt cheat sheet
- Everyone goes back to the old way on Monday
Corporate AI Bootcamp
- Your own flows, chosen before day one
- Each participant builds, with their own hands, no coding
- Working systems your team keeps using after we leave
Built for professional firms of 20 to 50 people
Big enough to lose hours to repeated admin every week, small enough that seven trained people change how the whole office works. Some of the flows firms like yours bring:
Medical practices and clinics
Appointment reminders and rescheduling, referral letter drafts, answers to the same patient questions. We start with practice admin that never touches patient files.
Law firms
Client intake to a ready-to-review engagement letter, first drafts of standard correspondence, deadline tracking.
Accounting and tax firms
Chasing missing client documents, sorting incoming invoices, reminders before every filing deadline.
Architecture and engineering offices
Site meeting notes turned into action lists, tender documents assembled from past projects.
Real estate agencies
Replies to new leads within minutes, viewing scheduling, listing descriptions from a few notes.
Consultancies and agencies
Proposal first drafts from discovery calls, CRM updated after every meeting, client reporting.
Larger team? Each bootcamp keeps seven people at the table so everyone builds, not watches. Bigger firms run a second group.
You choose the rhythm
Two days of building, organised the way your office can actually take the time off.
Two full days
Back to back. The fastest route: everyone is fully in it, and the systems are running by the end of day two.
One full day, then two half days
A full first day, then the second day split into two half days over the following two weeks. Your team tests what they built on real work in between, and comes back with real questions.
How it works
Before
A call to understand your firm, choose the rhythm and pick the flows worth automating first. Each participant names the task they'd most like to stop doing by hand.
Day one
A deep dive into your firm's real problems, then one shared workflow built together, step by step, so everyone sees the whole method once.
Day two
Each participant builds the workflow they came in for, on their own work, with us at their side, then shows it running to the group.
Made for firms that handle confidential files
Doctors, lawyers and accountants rightly ask about data first. We start with the admin that doesn't touch patient or client files: scheduling, templates, internal follow-ups, your own invoicing. You decide where the line is, and nothing crosses it without your OK. Review steps are built into every workflow, so nothing reaches a client or patient without a person checking it.
One price for the whole team
- Two days of hands-on building, as two full days or one full day plus two half days within two weeks
- At your offices, so your team works on their own computers and their own tools
- A preparation call to choose the flows before day one
- Up to seven participants, each building at least one working workflow
- No coding needed. The people who know the work build the solution
Questions firms ask
Our team isn't technical. Will this work for them?
Yes. That's who it's built for. Nobody writes code. The people who know the work best decide what the workflow should do and build it with their own hands.
Which tools do you use?
We build with no-code automation and AI tools, connected to the software your firm already uses wherever possible. We agree the tool choice with you on the preparation call.
What about patient or client confidentiality?
We start with workflows that don't touch confidential files, and you set the boundary. Every workflow includes a human review step before anything reaches a client or patient.
We have more than seven people who want to join.
Run a second group. Keeping each bootcamp at seven is what lets every participant build instead of watch.
How do we pick between the two rhythms?
Two full days is fastest. The full day plus two half days suits teams that can't leave clients for two days in a row, and gives everyone time to try their workflow on real work in between.
