Sounding Board Dinners
Six seats. One table. Real feedback on the thing you're actually stuck on.
A structured peer-review dinner, born from our AI Bootcamp methodology — where you bring one real question, get sharpened by clarifying questions from the group, and leave with advice you can actually use.
Villa Muguet, Tervuren — near Brussels. Two dates open now — six seats each, always.
How the method works
The same peer-review structure we use in our AI Bootcamp problem deep-dives, adapted for a small dinner table. Non-leading questions first, advice only after.
Your question can be business or personal — a tricky client, a hard decision, a toxic boss, a strained partner relationship. This table is a safe space to check in on that too. We're here to support each other emotionally, not just professionally.
Anyone can be "the client"
There's no fixed presenter — any of the 6 at the table can play "the client of the room" and bring a real question, business or personal. You can also choose to sit that role out for a given dinner.
Clarifying questions only
The table asks non-leading questions to understand the problem — no advice yet.
Reformulate
The client reframes their original question based on what surfaced.
Advice
Now the group offers input, ideas, and honest perspectives.
Reflect
The client shares what landed and what they're taking away.
Who plays the client each dinner is announced before the session starts, and topics need to be sent in at least one day before the dinner.
The Sounding Board
Four rounds per dinner, one client at a time. The table works through the full method above for each round — clarifying questions, reformulation, advice, reflection.
