Everyone comes in with their own real-world business challenge, slow daily task, or bottleneck. We review each problem individually, giving you expert insights and tailored advice on exactly how AI can solve it — so you walk out Friday night knowing precisely which workflow you'll build.

Saturday, 28 November — The Build Day

Morning: One Flow, Built Together
We implement one complete AI workflow together, step by step, as a group of 6. You see every decision, every tool, and every fix happen live — and you do it alongside us, using exclusively AI tools.
Afternoon: Build Your Own
Now it's your turn. You build the workflow you came in for — your own problem, your own solution — with guidance on hand the whole afternoon. You leave with something that works for your business, not a demo.
