🤔 What is a "Hackathon" Or a Co-Creation Lab (and how is it different from a training course)?
If you've never been to a hackathon, don't let the name scare you! It has nothing to do with "hacking" into secure databases.
Think of a training course like a cooking class where you sit in a chair, watch a chef cook, and take notes. You leave with recipes, but you haven't actually cooked anything yourself, and you might feel lost when you get back to your own kitchen.
A hackathon is the exact opposite. It is an active, collaborative "doing" event. We put you in the kitchen, hand you the ingredients (in this case, easy-to-use AI tools), and work together to cook a real meal. You don't just learn about AI; you actually build something that solves a real problem for your business or job before you leave.

📅 How the Weekend Will Look (The Agenda)
Day 1: Saturday, September 5th — The Build Day (8 Hours)
Everyone comes in with their own real-world business challenges, slow daily tasks, or bottlenecks. We will review these problems individually, giving you expert insights and tailored advice on exactly how AI can solve them.
We will divide into small, friendly groups of 5 to 10 people. Each group will select one major problem from the morning and spend the rest of the day building a solution for it, using exclusively AI tools. You will learn step-by-step how to make AI do the heavy lifting.
Day 2: Sunday, September 6th — The Celebration & Networking
We gather to show off what we built! We will celebrate and hand out major prizes for:
