AI Kick-off Talk (60–90 min), optional, before the bootcamp

Gets the whole firm on board: what AI can realistically do for a firm like yours, what changes for each role, and a one-page summary to keep.

Firm-wide Rollout Day (1 full day), after the bootcamp

For firms whose first seven have workflows running. We bring those workflows to the wider team, map the next ones worth automating, and set up a team energy plan so the new way of working sticks.

6-Week AI Transformation

Weekly live building sessions over six weeks. We build and install AI workflows with you across departments, check each week what's actually being used, and run human skills and resilience sessions so the team grows with the change.

What's included (about 51 hours in total):

• Kick-off day on site (1 full day, 7 hours): map workflows across departments and set the goals for the six weeks.
• 5 weekly building sessions on site, weeks 2 to 6 (half day each, 3.5 hours).
• Build and installation work by us between sessions: up to 16 hours in total.
• 2 human skills and resilience sessions (2 hours each), held within the weekly sessions.
• Weekly usage check-in call (6 × 30 minutes).
• Final review and handover on site (half day, 3.5 hours).

Good to know:

• Up to 15 participants.
• Sessions take place within weeks 1 to 6. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice count as delivered.
• Tool licences and subscriptions are paid by your firm.
• Extra build hours and support after week 6 are not included and can be added on request.

Every program covers four things: your workflows automated, a team that works well with AI, the skills AI can't replace, and energy and resilience.

All prices exclude VAT. We invoice your company directly. Dates, travel and the preparation call are arranged with you after booking.
