Dorina Torje: 26 years in tech, now teaching AI to people who don't do tech
Dorina Torje is the founder and CEO of PartnerWithAI, a Brussels-based AI training company. She teaches coaches, therapists, doctors, lawyers, accountants and founders to build AI workflows that run on their own work, without code.
From enterprise IT to the room next door
For 26 years Dorina worked in IT, much of it as a freelance consultant for European institutions, pharmaceutical companies, logistics networks and banks. She led IT programmes, business analysis and identity and access management projects (SailPoint, Azure AD, Saviynt), using Prince2 and Scrum.
Companies she has worked for include Johnson & Johnson, GSK, Boston Scientific, UCB Pharma and AXA.
For most of that career she was the only woman in the room. That is why she built PartnerWithAI for everyone who has ever felt out of place around technology.
